Chemical Skin Peels

Untitled design ()

Chemical peels are a treatment used to treat a variety of skin conditions by exfoliation and promoting the regeneration of skin cells. Peels will shed off the top layers of the skin to improve the overall skin appearance, stimulate collagen production, minimise the appearance of pigmentation, sun damage, acne, fine lines + wrinkles, redness and even rosacea.

We use a wide variety of medical grade peels to achieve the best possible results on your skin. Chemical peels are classified by their depth of penetration into superficial, medium and deep, therefore they can be combined with other modalities such as epi-blading and laser treatments to improve their penetration and also enhance treatment outcomes.

Downtime from chemical peels depends on the type of peel and depth of penetration. Downtime can vary from none to moderate downtime and can last from 3-10 days dependent on the type and depth of the peel.

Types of Peels Include:

Superficial Peels

Working on the top layer of skin, great lunchtime peel that has little-to-no downtime. Perfect to give the skin an instant glow for an event. An excellent peel to combine and add on to other resurfacing treatments eg. Epi-blading, LED Light Therapy and Microdermabrasion.

Medium depth

Working on the lower layers of the skin stimulating repair and aiding in the metabolic functions of a healthy skin, making the skin cells regenerate quickly and offering fresher rejuvenated skin. Ideal for anyone with deeper sun damage, ageing concerns or hyper-pigmentation.

Mela Peel Forte

Working at a deeper level of the skin aiding in treating pigmented disorders such as melasma, and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, along with UV induced pigment. Stimulating brightness and even skin tone- works best in a course, packages available.
